Praivel
Praivel is a pre- and post-meeting stress decompressor that treats meetings like performance events, not “collaboration.” You paste an agenda (or forward an invite), pick the people attending, and the app generates a 2-minute “nervous system reset” plus a blunt speaking plan designed for real corporate dynamics: status games, interruption patterns, and the fear of sounding stupid.
It doesn’t pretend anxiety is irrational. It assumes your anxiety is often correct: you might be judged, ignored, or cornered. So it helps you do what people secretly want but won’t admit—control the room just enough to protect your reputation. You get:
- a micro-script for how to enter the conversation
- 2–3 anchor lines you can safely repeat under pressure
- tactical “interruptions” (polite cut-ins) and exit lines
- a priority ladder: what must be said vs. what can be dropped
- a “credibility buffer” suggestion (data point, customer quote, screenshot, metric) so you’re not relying on vibes.
After the meeting, it runs a fast debrief that’s more forensic than affirmational: what you said that landed, where you got steamrolled, who dominated, and what you should do differently next time. It sets one micro-goal (e.g., ‘ask one clarifying question early’ or ‘state recommendation in the first 60 seconds’) and stores receipts over time so you can see progress and patterns.
Exploration path fit (Work Stress Decompressor Meeting Calm Coach): this is not generic mindfulness. It’s decompression specifically for the most common work stress trigger: performative meetings where your future is quietly negotiated.
FEATURES: • Invite/agenda ingestion: import calendar invite, agenda text, and participant list; optional role tagging (manager, exec, frequent interrupter, ally). • 2-minute pre-meeting routine: breathing posture attention anchor, then a rapid ‘first sentence’ rehearsal and a confidence cue (what you know, what you’re deciding, what you need). • Speaking plan generator: produces a 3-part plan (opening line, 3 bullet points, ask/decision) with ‘safe repeatable anchors’ and a 15-second summary. • Interruption & pushback toolkit: polite cut-in lines, redirect phrases, boundary scripts, and ‘stall without sounding weak’ prompts when you blank. • Live “cue cards” mode: lock-screen sized prompts you can glance at (opening, key points, question, exit line) with haptic timing reminders. • Post-meeting debrief: quick check-in (stress level, what landed, where you froze, who dominated) plus one micro-goal and a suggested follow-up message template.
