Introduction
Praivel provides local meeting-preparation samples, saved speaking plans and optional AI meeting preparation and debriefs. Local storage, AI processing, optional usage analytics and advertising measurement have separate purposes and controls.
Local meeting information
Meeting plans, pasted agendas, participant details, generated responses, check-ins and preferences are stored on your device. The onboarding sample runs locally and does not require AI consent. Device backups may include local app data.
Local reminders require notification permission. Sharing a plan sends the chosen content to your selected destination under its policies.
Optional AI assistance
AI Data Usage consent is separate from usage analytics. If enabled, meeting preparation and regeneration send meeting titles, dates, agendas, participant names and roles, concerns and additional context through Point’s AI service to OpenAI. Debrief analysis sends the meeting context, saved plan, ratings and check-in answers you supply.
You can decline AI during onboarding and review or withdraw consent in Settings. Every AI request checks current consent before network access. Local samples and local check-in saving do not require AI.
Withdrawal blocks future requests; it does not erase already processed requests. Include only information you want processed. AI responses may be inaccurate.
Optional usage analytics
Product analytics are off until you choose to share. You can decline and change the choice through Privacy choices during onboarding, before payment and in Settings. Usage sharing does not control AI consent or subscription access.
If enabled, Point uses PostHog for bounded lifecycle, onboarding, saved-plan stages, check-in stages, history views, paywall interactions and purchase outcomes. Events include an anonymous installation identifier and app/version/platform context. Plan completion requires a successful local save.
Analytics exclude agendas, meeting titles, dates, participant details, concerns, ratings, check-in answers, generated plans, names, email, transaction identifiers and raw errors. Session replay and automatic content capture are disabled.
Withdrawing consent stops future product analytics and clears pending local events. It does not retroactively erase events already received. Apple’s advertising-tracking permission is separate.
Advertising measurement
With Apple tracking authorization, Meta and TikTok may receive app activity, advertising/device identifiers, and purchase information to measure and improve advertising. Denying tracking does not require enabling product analytics and does not block the app’s features. You can change Apple tracking permission in iOS Settings. SDK diagnostics may include crash or other diagnostic information.
Subscriptions, support and app discovery
Apple processes subscriptions and payment details and determines introductory-offer eligibility. Praivel reads products and entitlements; Hatching Point does not receive payment-card details.
Feedback you choose to submit, optional email and app/device context go to Point’s support service on Convex. Include only information you want to send. The More Apps area requests public App Store information from Apple.
Network services receive IP addresses and request metadata needed to operate and secure their services.
Controls and retention
Manage usage sharing in Privacy choices and AI consent in Settings → AI Data Usage. Manage reminders and advertising tracking in iOS Settings. Local deletion controls remove local records; exports and backups are separate.
Uninstalling removes the local app container. Service data is retained as needed to provide, support and secure services and meet legal obligations. Recipient services control retention of information sent to them.
Contact inquiry@hatchingpoint.com for privacy questions or requests. Anonymous usage events may not be attributable to a named person.
Children and policy updates
Praivel is not directed at children under 13. Changes to this policy are reflected in its updated date.
Optional advertising measurement
Some Hatching Point apps include Meta's SDK in a disabled state. It initializes only when measurement is enabled for that app and you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. When enabled, device identifiers, product interactions, and verified purchase event details such as value and currency may be shared with Meta for advertising measurement and analytics. Payment-card details are never shared. You can deny the request or revoke permission later in iOS Settings.
