Introduction

Skorai organizes company assessments and generates AI due-diligence reports. AI output may be inaccurate, is not a verified real-time market feed, and is not financial advice. AI processing, usage analytics, notifications and advertising tracking have separate controls.

Local records

Company names, industries, funding stages, websites, investor notes, generated risk reports, watch status and profile details are stored locally. Device backups may include local records. Copying or sharing exports selected content to the clipboard or destination you choose. Local deletion does not delete separate exports or backups.

Optional AI processing

With AI data usage consent, company names, industries, funding stages, optional websites and investor notes are sent through Point’s AI service to OpenAI for an assessment. Onboarding may send investment preferences for a sample assessment. Do not enter confidential information you do not want processed.

Consent is checked at request time. Setup can continue without AI. Change AI data usage during onboarding, before payment or in Settings; Use without AI blocks future requests but does not erase requests already processed. Local organization remains subject to existing subscription rules.

Generated risk scores, financial estimates and suggestions may be outdated or incorrect. They are not personalized investment recommendations or a guarantee of performance.

Optional usage analytics

Product analytics are off until you choose to share. You can decline or change your choice in Privacy choices during onboarding, before payment or in Settings. Usage sharing is separate from AI, purchases, notifications and Apple tracking permission.

If enabled, Point uses PostHog for bounded lifecycle, onboarding, assessment workflow stages, report viewing and copying, paywall interactions and purchase outcomes. Events include an anonymous installation identifier and app/version/platform context. Completing an assessment counts only after successful local persistence; opening a report is not completion.

Analytics exclude company names, industries, stages, websites, financial amounts, preferences, investor notes, reports, risk scores, prompts, generated content, profile details, email, transaction identifiers and raw errors. Session replay and automatic content capture are disabled.

Withdrawal stops future product analytics and clears pending local events. It does not retroactively erase events already received.

Advertising measurement

With Apple tracking authorization, Meta and TikTok may receive app activity, advertising/device identifiers and purchase information to measure advertising. Denying tracking does not block app features. Manage tracking in iOS Settings. SDK diagnostics may include crash and other diagnostic information.

Subscriptions, support and app discovery

Apple handles subscriptions and payment details and determines introductory-offer eligibility. Skorai reads product and entitlement status; Hatching Point does not receive payment-card details.

Feedback you submit, optional email and app/device context go to Point’s support service on Convex. More Apps requests public App Store information from Apple. Network services receive IP addresses and request metadata needed to operate and secure services.

Controls and retention

Manage usage and AI choices within the app, and notification/advertising permissions in iOS Settings. Uninstalling removes the local app container; backups and exports are separate.

Service data is retained as needed to provide, support and secure services and meet legal obligations. Recipient services control retention of information sent to them. Contact inquiry@hatchingpoint.com with privacy questions or requests; anonymous events may not be attributable to a named person.

Children and updates

Skorai is not directed at children under 13. Changes are reflected in the updated date.
